SERVICE CALLS
Service call customers have their own websites in their own computers and do all changes themselves or with assistance from Deb's Webs Inc. No backup of the website is kept by Deb’s Webs Inc.
NEW WEBSITE DESIGN CUSTOMERS (with no maintenance contract)
Deb’s Webs keeps a backup copy of the finished website for 1 year. At the end of 1 year, if no updates have occurred, Deb's Webs Inc. is under no obligation to store a copy of your website. If your site should experience technical difficulty, and a full year has passed since it was created, no backup is kept by Deb's Webs after 1 year. Therefore, Deb’s Webs Inc. cannot be responsible for loss of data due to no current backup.
If your website crashes and your Webmaster (other than Deb's Webs) does not have a backup of the current website at the time of the crash, Deb's Webs will restore your website back to the original site that was designed by Deb's Webs if we still have a copy of the original website on file. The charge for this service is $150.00. This procedure only applies to websites that were originally designed, but are not under a current maintenance contract with Deb's Webs.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
Deb’s Webs keeps 3 copies of the latest website currently on the Internet.
REMOTE SERVICE CALL WEBSITES
Deb's Webs updates your website from Deb's Webs' computer on a per call basis with no Monthly Maintenance Agreement. Copies of your website will include the latest updates by Deb's Webs but may not be the latest version on the Internet.
