The best way for any business website to be updated is by a capable person within your organization and we are happy to assist. However, we realize that this is not always possible and we are the next best thing with prompt reliable service!

There are 4 types of website update plans available:

Single Site Monthly Maintenance (SSMM) DESCRIPTION
Multiple Site Monthly Maintenance (MSMM) DESCRIPTION
Open Service Call Ticket (OSCT) DESCRIPTION
In-Person Service Call (IPSC) DESCRIPTION

If you submit a CD with photos or documents, please make sure you have a copy of everything on the disc. Unless it is a CD the we specifically have created for you, we cannot be responsible for returning CD's.

Important... (Please Read)

I would like to clarify something about website maintenance that most people do misunderstand. There is a huge difference between "Website Management" and "Website Maintenance".

My services offer "Website Maintenance". Most businesses that actively monitor the content of their websites understand this difference. You can have the best webmaster money can buy, but if you don't have someone within your organization actively monitoring and managing your site content your website will struggle in existence

My Advice...
Assign a 1 or 2 member team of individuals within your business to actively monitor and work closely with your webmaster. Your webmaster will appreciate the care & thought that's put into the material sent. When content on your website is no longer current, your website manager will promptly notify your webmaster to update or remove it.

As we are all finding out, website care is one of the growing concerns of most business owners today. You have your website built, but how in the world do you get reliable, affordable website maintenance to make changes and updates?
