$60.00 for up to 2 hours of updates per Service Call.
Each additional hour is $27.50.

I'll be happy to update your website on your computer from your office. FrontPage 2002 or later or Expression and an Internet connection is required.
If you prefer to learn how to make the changes yourself but need my “in-person” assistance from time to time I am happy to help. However, Service Call charges do apply & FrontPage 2002 or later or Expression and an Internet connection is required.
I offer free tech support phone calls to customers whose website is hosted by Deb's Webs Inc.
In-Person Service calls outside a 5-mile Leavenworth radius are subject to driving time at $27.50 per hour + $0.25 a mile. (some exceptions may apply)

Important... (Please Read)

I would like to clarify something about website maintenance that most people do misunderstand. There is a huge difference between "Website Management" and "Website Maintenance".

My services offer "Website Maintenance". Most businesses that actively monitor the content of their websites understand this difference. You can have the best webmaster money can buy, but if you don't have someone within your organization actively monitoring and managing your site content your website will struggle in existence

My Advice...
Assign a 1 or 2 member team of individuals within your business to actively monitor and work closely with your webmaster. Your webmaster will appreciate the care & thought that's put into the material sent. When content on your website is no longer current, your website manager will promptly notify your webmaster to update or remove it.
